Games Open 12.3
We will be hosting the Games Open workout 12.3 this Saturday!!  As such, Saturday’s classes have been cancelled!  This includes Tamra’s Kettlebell class as well as open gym and Intro Day.  The Intro Day has been rescheduled for Sunday at 12pm!

With that said, this is not a reason to not work out!  If your looking for a good time and want to get a sweat on, get in here on Saturday.  All athletes need to be at the gym by 10:30am.  Heats will be made on the spot and the first heat will go off around 11:15am.

*Note – due to the recent winds, we will be switching Wednesday’s original workout with Friday’s.
