THIS IS NOT CROSSFIT!
This is a Strength and Conditioning program designed to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve personal body goals using innovative weight lifting and concentrated cardio techniques. You will gain muscle and get stronger while improving heart health and stamina.
It is a 4 day a week program consisting of 2 dedicated Days to Muscle Building and 2 days consisting, primarily, of Metabolic Conditioning.
Strength days are a mix of tried and true Strength and Muscle Growth programming. Conditioning days are a mix of Intervals and Circuits using High Intensity Body Weight Movements, basic Weight Lifting and Cardio Conditioning.
This class will help you improve your overall Body composition through Muscle Growth and Fat Loss as well as increase your over all fitness level in a fun group setting lead by a qualified coach.
Again – This is not CrossFit. There are some similarities and crossover lifts however the structure is completely different. Circuits and intervals without the heavy focus of skilled movement patterns are the main distinction.
